CSC Offerings and Qualifications for Siebel Customer Relationship Management

The Solution Demonstration Lab Approach includes an iterative process of validating Siebel design and development elements with the user group. The SDL process is focused on fully capturing the "voice of the user," and with this approach, CSC ensures alignment between the deployed Siebel environment and user requirements.
The SDL methodology has proven to be a key differentiator for CSC. It helps avoid key issues that in the past have led to failed Siebel projects in the market place.

  • CSC has developed key methodologies that deal with various phases of Siebel projects.

  • A key differentiator for CSC has been the Solution Demonstration Lab (SDL) methodology which is used during the design stage of the project. The SDL methodology is highlighted in the attached file. The primary value of the SDL methodology is that it ensures true alignment between the design of Siebel and the requirements of the end-user.

  • In addition to the CSC SDL methodology, the CSC Catalyst methodology and Siebel Best Practices as well as QA Services from Siebel Expert Services are used for ensuring quality delivery during the development, test, training and deployment phases of the project.
