M. Louise Turilli
Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary

Ms. Turilli is corporate vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary, responsible for corporate and securities law, corporate governance, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and related areas.

Prior to joining CSC in 2008, she was vice president and general counsel of Ryerson Inc. in Chicago, Illinois. Ms. Turilli previously worked in senior legal positions at several large Fortune 500 companies and as a partner at Day, Berry & Howard (now Day Pitney), a major U.S. east coast law firm.

Ms. Turilli has a bachelor's degree from Oberlin College, Oberlin, Ohio, a master's degree in French literature from the University of Cincinnati and a juris doctor degree from The University of Connecticut School of Law.
